Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
**Cancellation Policy for Alden Therapeutic Massage**
At Alden Therapeutic Massage, we value your time and our commitment to provide you with the highest quality service. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. **Notice Requirement**: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients who may be waiting.
2. **Late Cancellations**: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a flat rate charge of $50.00 Clients will not be able to rebook until the fee is paid.
3. **No-Shows**: In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice), the full service fee will be charged.
4. **Exceptions**: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
5. **Payment Method**: Any cancellation fees can be paid via your preferred payment method at the time of the next appointment.
6. **Importance of Communication**: We encourage open communication. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
